Punto Designer is the top of the line of our embroidery software. It matches all Punto Expert capabilities plus likelife 3D rendering and catalogue features. It allows you to prepare a database of your embroideries and to create likelife images with fabric background that can be printed on any color printer. It also allows you to create lifelike images of embroideries with applique; turning on the applique parameter in the running effect setup you will be asked to select the type of applique you want to combine with the embroidery, that can be chosen in the applique menu or can be acquired with a standard color scanner. In this new release we included the Steil Stitch, a new font format and font design tools, a new Monogram tool, text on a path, new 20 high quality embroidery typefaces included free, a new Lasso-Selection tool, multiple-levels of undo and redo, new easy-to-use and time-saving floating palettes (Effects, Layers, Colors, and Special Functions palettes), autotrace command, cutting and pasting between graphics design applications, drag and drop support, productivity enhancements for a more efficient workflow, improved stitches handling, import of the Gunold + Stickma's STC embroidery file format, and an improved Type tool.
